For migraine or any chronic/severe headaches, the trick is to bring energy down to your feet.
Try these steps when you feel an onslaught of any discomfort in your head.
Sitting or lying down;
Using your right hand reach towards your right foot and touch the area just below your ankle bone where you feel the ‘hollow’ area i.e outside the heel.
Do the same with the left hand for your left ankle bone area.
Hold both until you feel a pulse
Then using your right hand touch the base of your left thumb – use all your fingers to touch the base of the thumb. Again hold until you feel a pulse or for 5 mins
Then touch in your head where you feel the migraine or pain. Again hold the area(s) until you feel a pulse.
Then do the ankle holds again.
The above steps can be repeated until you feel pain subside.
Sometimes for less severe headaches, you can touch the areas above your eyebrows in the area of the forehead. Hold both sides until you feel the pulse(s) in your fingers.
